Codes of Conduct - Team Officials
We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in schools football.Gravesham Primary Schools FA is supporting the FA's Respect programme to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe and positive environment.
a).Show respect to others involved in the game, including match officials,opposition players, managers, officials and spectators.
b).Adhere to the laws of the game.
c).Display and promote high standards of behaviour.
d).Never enter the field of play without the referee's permission, and don't engage in public criticism of match officials.
e).Place the well-being, safety and enjoyment of players above everything, including winning.
f).Explain exactly what I expect of players and what they can expect from me.
g).Refrain from and refuse to tolerate any form of bullying.Develop mutual trust and respect with every player to help build their self esteem.
h).Encourage each player to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance.
i).Ensure that all activities are appropriate for the players'ability level, experience, age and maturity.
j).Co-operate fully with others in football...( e:g officials, welfare officers.) for the best interest of all players.
